Yoga & Sound for Relaxation~ Event

If you’re feeling the need to take some time for yourself, to slow down and recalibrate after the Christmas chaos ~ then this is for you!

We will begin our session with slow, mindful movement and gentle breathwork to relax the physical body and calm the the nervous system. From there you will be guided into stillness as you receive a nurturing sound bath, leaving you feeling deeply relaxed and grounded.

Feel free to stay for a cup of tea after.
