Move gently into stillness through slow, mindful hatha yoga ~ followed by a nurturing sound bath, leaving you feeling deeply relaxed and restored. A special experience to share with your partner, family or friends. All equipment is supplied. Session duration is approx. 60-75 mins Minimum charge of $340 covers up to 8 people.
