A slow and gentle yoga session to release physical, mental and emotional tension. Unwind on all levels with your partner, family or friends through mindful movement as you re-connect with your body and breath, leaving you feeling calm and grounded. All equipment is supplied. Session duration is approx. 60-75 mins Minimum charge of $280 covers up to 8 people
