Yoga for YOU!
A custom-tailored yoga session for YOUR body, to keep and to use confidently on your own.
A three-part package of private sessions:
*Session 1 (30 mins)
A FREE assessment on your range of movement, strength and flexibility.
Here we also discuss your lifestyle goals and current challenges so that your personal yoga plan can cater to ALL areas of your wellbeing: physical, mental and emotional.
*Session 2 (75 mins)
From your assessment, a custom yoga class plan will be created. We will go through the entire session together, to make sure you are both capable and confident with everything. You get to take the plan and work with it in your own time over the course of a week and make notes on any areas that require attention.
*Session 3 (75 mins)
A follow-up session to check-in on all the areas of the plan provided, make any adjustments and discuss any challenges or concerns that may have come up.
You will be left feeling confident and capable with your own personal yoga session to practice on your own, in your own time and space. These custom session plans can be done in-person or online via zoom.
